Sarah Greenawalt (Reneker), Club Director and HS Girls CoachCoaching Experience: Coach Greenawalt came to RWP with 5 seasons of collegiate women’s water polo coaching experience from Division II California State University San Bernardino. Greenawalt has been coaching with RWP for the last 5 seasons.
Playing Experience: Greenawalt’s water polo career began in Riverside at John W. North High School in 1999. Following high school, Greenawalt competed at California State University San Bernardino.
Notable recognition: During her coaching career with the CSUSB Coyotes, Greenawalt was recognized as Coach of the Year in 2014. Prior to her coaching, Greenawalt picked up two All-WWPA Second Team achievements in 2003 and 2004, as well as All American First Team in 2004, ending her collegiate career with All-WWPA Conference First Team, All-WWPA Tournament First Team, CSUSB Female Athlete of the Year, and was runner-up for NCAA Woman of the Year her senior year. As a high school athlete, Greenawalt helped lead her team to two CIF Championship game appearances.
Chelsea Shortall, 12/14 Girls CoachCoaching Experience: The current 12 & 14 under girls coach, comes to us in her sixth season as the Women’s Water Polo Assistant Coach at California Baptist University, as well as an Assistant Coach to one of the Olympic Development Program’s age group teams.
Playing Experience: Former athlete for California State University Northridge.
Notable Recognition: Under Shortall’s coaching, 12 athletes have earned All- American awards and one athlete voted Player of the Year by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches two years in a row at CBU. As a CSUN Matador, she picked up All-American honors as well as a Team Offensive Player of the Year title for her team in 2008. In 2017 Shortfall was named the Top Coach of an ODP Cadet team at the ODP National Championships and offered the position as Assistant Coach to the ODP age-group team.
Kevin Rosa, 12/14 Boys CoachCoaching Experience: our 12 &14 under boys water polo coach is also the current head coach for the California Baptist University Men’s Water Polo Team going into his third season. Prior to his Division I coaching career, Rosa was the head Boys' and Girls' water polo coach for North High School in Riverside California before transferring to Martin Luther King High School where he eventually became the head coach of both the Boys' and Girls' water polo teams. In 2014 Rosa decided to focus on the boy's team only and led them to a Big VIII League Title and CIF Division III title.
Playing experience: Kevin Rosa was a four-year Varsity member of the Arlington High School Boy's Water Polo Team. Rosa began his collegiate Water Polo career at Riverside Community College for two years before playing his final years of eligibility at the University of Redlands.
Notable Recognition: As a player, Rosa picked up two League Titles during his time at Arlington High School and appeared in two CIF Title games. Most recognizably Rosa was recently inducted into the University of Redlands Hall of Fame.
Jacky Myers, 12/14 Girls CoachCoaching Experience: Current Splashball and Futures' coach. Started coaching at RWP in 2012 and also began coaching Martin Luther King High School’s Girl's water polo team as head Junior Varsity Coach and Assistant Varsity girl's Coach.
Playing Experience: Meyers is a current Senior member of the nationally ranked Women’s Water Polo team at California Baptist University. Prior to her Division I endeavors, Meyers was a part of the Riverside Community College Women’s Water Polo team. Meyers was also apart of the Martin Luther King’s girls water polo team, as well as a member of the RWP 18 &16u teams.
Notable recognition: In her first season as a CBU Lancer Meyers, picked up the New Comer of the Year Award for her team. In her years at RCC, Meyers appeared in two Women’s Community College Collegiate Championship games and was recognized as Female Athlete of the Year. At King High School, Meyers was a part of winning four consecutive League Titles and the years following helped coach the Varsity team to four more consecutive titles as well as CIF Division III title. During her years at RWP, she helped bring home a 3rd place metal from Junior Olympics in 2013.
Alvaro Moreno, High School Girls CoachCoaching Experience: Prior to coming to the United States, Moreno was an assistant and head coach for a water polo club in Spain. There he worked with CW2H organizing practices, recruiting foreign talent, structuring weightlifting and dietary needs for players and serving on the club’s board of directors. Moreno recently finished his first season as the Girl’s Water Polo Head Coach at Martin Luther King High School.
Playing Experience: in the 1990’s Moreno played for Dos Hermanas water polo club in Spain and was selected to play for the Junior Spanish National Team from 1997-99 and also played on the Andalusian Regional team from 1997-99.
Notable Recognition: As a player, Moreno was selected as the “Best Local Athlete” for his team for three years straight. During his time as a coach in Spain, he coached 3 Senior State Championship for the Andalusian Tournaments (one at 16u and one at 18u levels). Twice, his senior teams qualified for the LEN Trophy and competed in Serbia and Greece. Three times his teams were selected for the Queen’s Cup which represented the top 8 teams in Spain. Within his first year as Head Coach at King High School, Moreno coached his team to a League Title and CIF Quarter Final appearance, with many of his athletes receiving both League and CIF Honors.
Chad Rahn, High School Boys CoachCoaching Experience: Coach Rahn is seasoned with 10 years of coaching boys high school varsity water polo, with 8 seasons at San Gorgonio High School and going into his 3rd season at Martin Luther King High School. Rahn is also in his 6th season of coaching the High School Boys team for RWP.
Playing Experience: Rahn's water polo career started at San Gogonio High School and continued at Riverside City College.
Notable Recognition: In his time coaching at San Gogonio, Rahn lead his team to 6 League Titles. At King High School, Rahn has coached 1 team to a League Title and 2 teams to CIF. Rahn has coached 2 RWP Jr. Olympic Classic Bracket Champions. Prior to his coaching career, Rahn was a 3 time All CIF athlete as well as 3 time San Bernardino Male Athlete of the Year and a Ken Hubbs Award Finalist. At RCC Rahn earned All Conference Recognition.
Eduardo (Eddie) Llamas, 12/14 Boys CoachCoaching Experience: Coach Eddie came to RWP with 2 season as the Varsity Assistant Coach as well as the official Junior Varsity Head coach to both the girls and boys teams at John W. North High School. He is going into his 2nd season as an Assistant Coach to the Boys Water Polo program at Martin Luther King High School and is in his 3rd season coaching at RWP.
Playing Experience: Llamas's water polo career lasted the duration of his time at North High School.
Notable Recognition: Llamas was a member of the Boy's Varsity Water Polo team at North High School.
Anay Ramirez Splash Ball and Futures CoachCoaching Experience: Coach Ramirez is in her 2nd season coaching RWP's futures and Splash Ball program
Playing Experience: Ramirez recently began her water polo career at RWP prior to her high school career for Martin Luther King High School Girls' Water Polo team. Ramirez played 6 seasons with RWP before playing two seasons for the Riverside City College Tigers.
Notable Recognition: As a player, Ramirez helped her team continue their Big VII League Title streak at King High School and also helped her team to one CIF Championship appearance in 2015 and a Division III CIF Title in 2016. Within her 6 seasons at RWP she helped earn a 1st place win at Junior Olympics in the Classic Bracket. At RCC she helped lead her team to a State Title and a State Championship appearance, she picked up numerous individual awards including All-State recognition.
Felicia Sloneker High School Girls CoachCoaching Experience: Coach Sloneker is in her 2nd season coaching at RWP and going into her 3rd season as Assistant Coach for the Martin Luther King High School Girl’s Water Polo Program
Playing Experience: Sloneker was a 4-year varsity water polo player at King High School before going on to play 2 seasons at California Baptist University
Notable Recognition: During her water polo career at King High School, Sloneker helped her team earn a League Title as well as earned All-League Recognition
Kyle Ramelot High School Boys CoachCoaching Experience: Coach Ramelot comes to RWP with 2 prior seasons as an Assistant Coach for Martin Luther King High School Boys’ Water Polo team. He is in his 3rd season coaching at RWP, where he started with Splash Ball and Futures and is now currently coaching the High School Boys team

Caitlyn Eno Futures and Splash BallCoaching Experience: Coach Eno is in her 1st season at RWP working with the Futures and Splash Ball teams
Playing Experience: Eno began her water polo career at RWP before the start of her career for the Girls’ Water Polo Team at Martin Luther King High School.
Notable Recognition: In her time at Martin Luther King Eno helped her team make 1 CIF Championship appearance and earn 1 CIF Division III Title as well as 3 League Titles. Eno picked up All-League Recognition each season she played as well as an All CIF Recognition.
Chris HulmeCoaching Experience: Coach Hulme is in his second season coaching with RWP, he is the current Assistant Varsity and Head Junior Varsity Head Coach for both the Boys and Girls water polo teams at Romona High School. Previously Hulme managed a club swim and water polo team in Yorba Linda
Playing Experience: Hulme’s water polo career lasted throughout his high school experience ay Esperanza High School
Notable Recognition: As assistant coach for RWP’s 12ug, he helped lead their team to a Silver Medal in the Championship Bracket of Junior Olympics in 2017. In his first season as coach at Romona, Hulme lead his JV Girls team to their first League Title. While playing Hulme was apart of winning 2 CIF Championship Titles as well as 3 League Championships at Esperanza High School
Casey Greenawalt, Assistant Director and All Around Assistant CoachCoaching Experience: Began coaching with RWP when the club first started in 1997. Greenawalt was Head Coach and Club Director for several years and recently finished his first season as the California Baptist University Men’s Water Polo Assistant Coach. Coach Greenawalt is also Head Coach to the SoPac Zone Women’s Olympic Development Program and the Assistant Coach to the USA Women’s Water Polo National Development Team. Prior to his Division I coaching career, Greenawalt was the Head Coach at Martin Luther King High School’s Girl’s Water Polo Team.
Playing Experience: Was a four-year Varsity member of the Arlington High School Boy’s Water Polo Team and continued his water polo career at Riverside Community College.
Notable Recognition: As a player, Greenawalt helped his team earn a CIF and League Title at Arlington and went on to set multiple records at Riverside Community College. Under Greenawalt’s coaching at RWP, numerous players have received multiple first-place tournament finishes as well as multiple teams qualifying each year to the Junior Olympics Platinum Rankings. During his 8 season coaching run at Martin Luther King, the Girl’s program has been the League title holders for 6 straight years, with a CIF Title and 2 CIF Championship Game appearances with a CIF appearance every year. Several of his high school players were awarded League, CIF, and All-American Honors with many players continuing their career at Division I schools. Many of his players at RWP and Martin Luther King have also made Olympic Development and National Team selections.
